OTHER PROJECTS

Anyone in this business, or who knows this business, knows office ownership involves a lot of day-to-day blocking and tackling of getting and keeping a property leased at the highest rents possible.

To do this, there are a lot of important pieces.  Establishing and maintaining good and trusted relationships with leasing brokers (their skills and importance cannot be overstated); establishing good relationships with existing tenants to retain them; competing for and winning new lease prospects; negotiating leases; delivering lease-ready space;  executing common area renovations of lobbies, corridors, tenant lounges, restrooms, etc.  All of this and much more - successful office ownership, particularly in todays market, is an in-the-trenches business.  I've seen and done every aspect of all of it.

In the Phoenix metro area, my experience has included a principal role in over 2.5 million square feet with a combined value of over a half billion dollars, including the following projects:

One, Two and Three Gateway - 429,000 sf

   Scottsdale Centre - 163,000 sf

   Scottsdale Forum - 207,000 sf

Corridors Corp. Center - 132,000 sf

Talavi Corp. Center - 153,000 sf

   Compass Center - 132,000 sf

   Anchor Center - 336,000 sf

   Camelback Lakes - 205,000 sf

   Biltmore Lakes - 207,000 sf

   2700 N. Central - 220,000 sf

   1330 W. Southern - 150,000 sf

   LINK (711/777 E. Missouri) - 90,000 sf

   8700 E. Via de Ventura - 52,000 sf

In addition, I have had a principal role in the acquisition of several million square feet of office in the following other markets:

  •    Denver

  •    Colorado Springs

  •    Los Angeles

  •    Seattle

  •    Houston
